It probably won’t tarnish very easily or scratch because the enamel is coated very well. It’s a pretty decent belt especially for under $30 ? Not made for small children.. definitely made for teens/adults who typically would wear a small/medium belt. My waist is 30” and the belt fits perfect with room to accommodate smaller and larger sizes. You can also use a leather hole puncher to make smaller notches if you need to. It’s 41 inches so please measure against a current belt you own that fits well. I would personally call this a size “small/medium” but it’s listed as one size.
