To find APN parameters you need to manual input, you may ask the shop / website of those Operators, or you can find another handset with a correct working sim card inserted, then use the same path same approach, you can find and read the APN characters of this Operator, and then copy the same character into your phone.

What I didn’t like was that they made me pay taxes 1369 pesos plus 46 to the post office, I had to pay the bank and 2 times to the Post Office. This tax corresponds to a phone price of 7204 pesos and that is much more than I paid, because I buy it on offer. The seller declared a price of 50 USD, it’s not his fault.
